Basement and Attic Renovation Projects
We have renovated many basements and attics, beginning with either outdated finishes or with raw cellar and attic spaces, into spacious, fun, and functional living spaces which effectively expand the home. These spaces sometimes include recreation rooms, media/theater rooms, offices, guest rooms, baths, laundries and mechanical rooms. Attics often require new dormers to raise the headroom, and basements often require excavating down to lower the floors.
