Warren Baker brings 20 years of construction and development expertise to BCG. Warren is also President of Baker Development Corporation, a development company based in Chicago responsible for developing several high profile and prestigious residential and commercial projects in the Chicago area.   Lane Epstein has been a licensed architect since 1990. Lane brings over 20 years of design, architectural, construction and coordination expertise to BCG. Prior to joining Baker Construction Group and since 1998, Lane had been Architectural Coordinator for Baker Development Corporation.   Steven "Marz" Marszalek brings over 30 years of construction experience to BCG. Marz has been involved in various facets of the construction industry for the past 30 years. Prior to joining Baker Construction Group and since 1992, Marz had been Project Manager for Baker Development Corporation.   Steven Korol brings over 20 years experience in financial, operational, and sales expertise to BCG. Prior to joining BCG, Steve was an executive and President of various R.R Donnelley companies.
